Since 1988, Louisiana Express Company™ has been the area's premier cajun/creole restaurant beginning from it's origins as the New Orleans Cafe and Emporium in Washington D.C.   Our menu keeps true to the very essence (and character) of New Orleans Cuisine with signature dishes including Jambalayas, Etouffeés, Creoles, Gumbo, a wide variety of PO' Boys including the Muffuletta and, of course, our famous cajun spiced rotisserie chicken.
